What's included

At Eat Sunny we believe the best way to keep your body healthy, beautiful and strong is to nourish it with whole, unprocessed foods. That’s why we’ve carefully crafted our meals to contain the highest level of nutrients you need to look and feel your best. For each day of your plan, you’ll enjoy:

  • A satisfying, delicious breakfast packed with superfood ingredients to start your day off right!
  • A lunch which includes a chef-curated salad. We’re not about those boring bowls of greens! Each salad includes processed-ingredient-free salad dressings.
  • A wholesome, nutrient-rich dinner.
  • A customer-favorite snack!

Need to skip a meal? No problem! Our breakfasts and dinners are designed so that you can freeze and enjoy them within two weeks. All salads should be consumed within three days.

Our meals generally fall between 300 and 400 calories, some slightly less, some slightly more. A day's worth of food on our plan, which included three meals and a snack per day, is about 1400 calories.

Delivery schedule

MANHATTAN AND BROOKLYN AND PARTS OF NEW JERSEY: Sunday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday evening between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

HAMPTONS AND LONG ISLAND: Select Sunday, 3 or 5 days (last two days should go in the freezer); orders will be delivered Monday morning. Place order by Thursday at midnight.

CONNECTICUT AND WESTCHESTER: Select Wednesday, 3 or 5 days (last two days should go in the freezer); orders will be delivered Wednesday between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Place order by Sunday at midnight.

Plan Details

3 DAY PLAN: $189 One delivery. Choose Sunday or Wednesday.
5 DAY PLAN: $315 Two deliveries. Three days of meals on Sunday. Two days of meals on Wednesday.


Sunday orders must be placed by midnight on the previous Thursday. Wednesday orders must be placed by midnight on Sunday.
