Our chef-prepared, organic meals are made fresh and are delivered to your door. Choose between our vegetarian or our signature plan, which includes a small amount of animal protein, and then 3 or 5 days of food (each day comes with breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack). We also offer a "pick your own" service that allows you to choose your own meals. Meals are between 350-450 calories each and a day is about 1400 calories. We think about food differently. Our meals are thoughtfully conceived to be delicious, satisfying and macronutrient balanced. There are three elements to how we approach formulating each meal:
No cooking. Just heat and eat, or dress your salads with our beauty-boosting dressings before enjoying. That’s it.
Nope. Each week we’ll send you meals based on your food preferences (vegetarian or not). It’s that simple.
Yes. What's the point if it isn't? Our meals are created by Chef Allan Wyse, a private chef who has cooked in the homes of celebrities and Fortune 500 CEOs and in the kitchens of top restaurants, including Daniel and The Modern in NYC. Thanks to Allan and Lucy Puca, the head of the kitchen where your meals and snacks are lovingly and carefully prepared, Eating Sunny means to eat healthfully but also deliciously. When we say food that checks ALL the boxes, we mean all the boxes, including delicious taste. Our meals generally fall between 300 and 400 calories, some slightly less, some slightly more. A day's worth of food on our plan, which included three meals and a snack per day, is about 1400 calories.
