 Our menu transitions bi-weekly so that you can enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients, new flavors, and a range of global cuisines. Below is a selection of dishes on our current menu. 

A day on the plan is between 1400 - 1600 calories. Menu items are 350 to 500 calories each, on average.

95% OF OUR MENU IS GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE. DAIRY IS USUALLY SERVED IN A CUP ON THE SIDE.  

When you order à la carte or our weekly subscription plan you can select the meals you want for each day so you can fully customize your mix based on your preferences and goals.
