A day on the plan is between 1400 - 1600 calories. Menu items are 350 to 500 calories each, on average.

95% OF OUR MENU IS GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE. DAIRY IS USUALLY SERVED IN A CUP ON THE SIDE.
