Get to Know Us

We’ve done diets...and we know they don’t work — for the long term. Here's why: Diets work against our natural food instincts. They train us to limit and restrict foods, which we can do, for a period of time. We believe that health is habit, so it’s important to create habits we can sustain over time and that reinforce a more positive relationship with food and our bodies. Our meals are made (only) with organic superfoods that help you stay satisfied and taste delicious.

So when the time comes, you not only choose to, but you want to Eat Sunny.

What We Value

We believe that when you know what you are eating is good for you, you can enjoy it more. We also believe that your time is precious—and so is your health. We seek to support you by making your health our priority, so you can do everything else you need to do.

What We Value

We want you to feel good about your meals, from beginning to end, which is why we put the same effort that we put into selecting the organic ingredients in your meals into the packaging it comes in. We use only biodegradable, reusable, recyclable or recycled packaging and we pledge to remain on the cutting edge of environmentally conscious packaging.

We also promise to never market to you for weight-loss, because we believe you shouldn’t have to lose five pounds to feel worthy of taking care of yourself. We know that the words we choose carry power and energy and our goal is to create an experience that feeds you well, in more ways than one.

What Inspires Us

When we eat food, we are literally consuming the energy of the sun. As we all learned in grade school, plants harness the energy of the sun to grow through a pretty magical (if you think about it!) process called photosynthesis. When we eat plants or eat animals who eat plants, we also "eat sunny."

In that way, eating is a very tangible way that we can use to feel connected to the stars above and the earth below -- not to mention with each other. At Eat Sunny, we believe mealtimes and our bodies are worthy of enjoying and honoring.
